Please follow the link to access our leasing application. Applications must be accompanied by a $45 non-refundable application fee and $500 security deposit. Please contact us for payment arrangements. If the application is not approved, the security deposit will be refunded in full. ID and proof of income are required with the application. Please complete the application FULLY and SIGN to process.
Call (216) 241-2535 to make arrangements to pay the application fee and security deposit prior to submitting the application. Accepted forms of payment include cashier’s check, money order, debit or credit card.
Management is able to provide leasing criteria upon request.
